Political Mobilization Train the Trainer Workshop

The training will be held at the New York State AFL-CIO headquarters, 100 South Swan Street, Albany, NY, just a 10-minute walk from the Albany Capital Center, the day before the COPE Convention.

During the training, you will practice holding conversations that motivate union members to overcome hesitation and participate in the campaign; develop a plan to establish canvassing operations for a targeted precinct or zone; and understand staff roles and the chain of command to ensure effective campaign communication.

•    Training: 6:15 pm – 7:45 pm
•    Wrap Up: 7:45 pm – 8:00 pm
