The New York State AFL-CIO will have limited space for exhibitors at our 34th Constitutional Convention. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to promote and display their products and services, as well as network with Convention delegates and peers from across the State. The fee to exhibit is $3,000.
We are currently accepting requests to exhibit. If we are able to accommodate your request we will contact you to complete your registration.

Exhibit Hours:
Monday, August 26th from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm
Tuesday, August 27th from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm
Wednesday, August 28th from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm
Exhibit Move Out: Wednesday, August 28th from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm

Exhibit Features
Exhibit Hall is located in the Empire Ballroom directly across from the Delegate Assembly.
Exhibit space is 8' x 8' and includes a 6 foot long draped table, 2 chairs, back and side draping, and an identification sign with your company name. Your company will also be identified in the conference program.

WiFi and Electricity
WiFi and electricity are available to exhibitors for an additional cost. After your have been confirmed to exhibit and paid your exhibitor fee to the NYS AFL-CIO, you may place an order here with Encore for WiFi and/or electricity.
Shipping
