Accessing Your Tickets
You will need to download the Ballpark app to access your tickets. If you purchased tickets with the same email address you used to log in to the Ballpark app, your tickets will already be tied to your MLB account and will automatically appear. You may need to verify your email address in order to access and manage your tickets.

Getting Your Free T-Shirt
T-Shirts can be redeemed by scanning your digital ticket at the Group Sales Redemption Booth located on the Field Level behind Section 130 through the fifth inning. Limit one (1) shirt per ticket.
