For decades the New York State AFL-CIO has pursued a legislative strategy to secure the same rights for farmworkers that all other classifications of workers currently enjoy including the right to organize.

On this podcast, inside the fight to stop treating farmworkers as second class citizens.

Public hearings on the Farmworkers Fair Labor Practices Act have been scheduled at forums in central New York, the Hudson Valley and on Long Island.
