“Governor Cuomo showed that he understands and appreciates that when unions are strong, our country is strong and all working people - union and those not yet organized - do better. He has demonstrated through his actions that while right wing ideologues in Congress and across this country seek to silence the voice of workers, New York is different. I want to thank the governor for his strong leadership on this issue, for standing up for the middle class and for setting a standard for every elected official in this country.”
